We are pleased to announce that we completed negotiations with Anyang Australia, to take over the retail arm of our business.

This includes the distributorship of quality blacksmithing equipment from Kanca (Turkey) and Ernst Refflinghaus (Germany).We believe that Anyang Australia, with Bruce Beamish at its helm, is a natural fit for our product line and we are confident that Bruce will carry on the expert advice to help customers kitting out their forge(s). Bruce is a qualified blacksmith and started selling Anyang products around the same time as we started importing from Europe.

In regards to Waterside, the decision to move out of retail was triggered by the closure of BigfIsh’s Workshop, providing us with storage space and a forklift for dispatch of heavy stock items. We will be focusing on our core business, providing unique blacksmithing and metal art experiences and are looking forward to expanding into the local tourist market, once we open up again.

From today onwards, our online shop will only be selling nut coke and in house produced artworks including the contemporary jewellery collection by Corpus Luteum.
