The workshop teaches how to mix and apply colour to forged steel and is suitable for absolute beginners.

Students learn to forge a small vessel, prepare the surface and apply colour using glass enamel, including various techniques for creating patterns and effects. All students will take home their completed project and the knowledge/skill to incorporate this wonderful technique into their forging practice.

Minimum age for students is 12, under 15’s need to be accompanied by an adult, also enrolled in the workshop.
